Personal Training is "personal". Here at Hamptons Wellness on Wheels we believe the best way to get results is through the customization and individualization that only 1-on-1 training can provide. See how a systematic and progressional approach based on your specific fitness goals, current fitness level, and other related factors will build you to the body you want, the level of fitness you desire, and the confidence that comes with it!

 

WHAT DO I RECEIVE?

Personal Training requires a scientific approach to bring you where you want to go. Therefore, our first step is taking you through an initial Fitness Assessment. This includes a needs analysis questionnaire where we will discuss with you your fitness goals, workout history, and other related factors such as sleep, managing stress, injuries, and nutrition. After this discussion we perform a baseline analysis of your movement capabilities, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. This data allows us to customize a specific fitness program to get you from point A to point B!

HOW MUCH IS PERSONAL TRAINING

We currently offer 1 hour Personal Training Sessions

Single Session: $150

10 Session Package: $1400
